The majority of workplaces in the UK have a physical first aider, despite the fact 1 in 4 of us will be affected by mental ill health there is still not a requirement for Mental Health First Aiders.

Together with Mental Health First Aid England we want to see every workplace taking Mental Health First Aid seriously and empowering its staff to look after their own mental health and support those around them. 

We also passionately believe that in delivering the Youth Mental Health First Aid course to every person that has contact with a young person we can help and support them to recognise early signs of mental ill health and give them the tools to enable and empower at a young age, so the future for them is much brighter.
